Well-being

Many members in the community offer their skills and services, therefore our work can be quite far reaching! The Covid pandemic limited the wellbeing activities and programmes we offer, especially those face to face. We’re delighted tat our work is coming back! We offer several whole body wellbeing activities through Tai Chi and Mindfulness Meditation.We also host a Reiki share (hands on healing) once a month. Check our ‘What’s On’ page for upcoming events.
